DELIVERY
Aromatik provides free delivery within Australia for all orders over $75. There is a flat charge of $6.95 for purchases under $75. There is a flat $30 postage for all international deliveries. Our preferred logistics supplier is Australia Post. We understand the importance of getting goods to you safe and quicker. Aromatik will provide tracking  and dispatch details within 1 to 3 Business Days at the most.

14 DAYS RETURN
Aromatik provides 14 days piece of mind for the customers. No questions asked, If the purchased item does not meet your expectations, Aromatik will refund 100% of your purchase price. We believe returns should be easier and seamless so we will not ask any questions. However, Aromatik may charge a one off $10 restocking fees.
Note: Aromatik will accept returns in most cases, but cannot accept any returns or exchange if the products have been used, different from its original form due to resale issues However we will work with you to provide store credit in most cases.

Return Process
Step 1: Simply write to us at hi@Aromatik.com.au with your order number and name and we will authorize return within 48 hours.
Step 2: Pack the products in the Aromatik Packaging Box that comes with your products including all the accessories and any free gifts that came with your purchase.
Step 3: Send it to the address – Parcel Locker 10168 89019, 88 Wrights Road, Kellyville, NSW 2155. You can do this through any postage you may use.
Step 4: Once we receive the products, confirming what was sent to you, we will process the refund within 48 hours of receiving it. There is a $10 Restocking Fees that may apply, We may also choose to waive that for you as well.

Exchange Policy
As long as the item is not used, Aromatik allows 14 days exchange.

Exchange Process

How many times can I exchange?
As long as you are not happy with the product and it does not meet nor satisfy your expectations, we will refund you the full amount. There will be a minimal $10 restocking fees applied when processing refunds.

Warranty
All the products that have been sent to you will come with a 12-month warranty and Electronic Invoice sent to you.
Aromatik provides 12-month warranty on every product purchased. We will repair or replace any product which has a manufacturing fault except normal wear and tear.
Every product goes through Aromatik’s quality checks before shipping to you, we take every possible effort to ensure you get product in perfect condition. However due to unforeseen circumstances and in any event during transit any item gets damaged or not in the condition that you bought, please contact us at hi@Aromatik.com.au for return, exchange or refund.

We do not provide warranty on altered, misused or general wear and tear items. Items cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded outside the warranty period.

Undelivered Order
In the instance when order is undelivered for reasons including but not limited to,

  • Incorrect Shipping address provided by customer
  • Customer refuses to accept the order shipment
  • Customer failed to pick up order shipment from AUS Post/Courier Depot when pick up card left in letterbox
  • The courier has exhausted all attempts to deliver yet the customer remains unavailable to accept the order shipment.

Item will be returned to Aromatik and customer will be charged flat $20 for domestic orders and $40 for International orders. Remaining amount will be credited to customer’s account once we receive undelivered order in full.
